It’s been a busy year for Oliver Smith Realty and Development Company. We have helped develop several new restaurant concepts and properties in the Knoxville Area. Here’s is a Round-up of the newest hot spots we are sure you’ll enjoy.
Chicken Guy (opening 2020)
Guy Fieri’s chain of Chicken Guy! restaurants are joining the Knoxville, Gatlinburg and Johnson City Communities. Stop in for Chicken Tenders, skewers, sandwiches and over 20 house made specialty sauces. Tennessee joins Florida, California and Maryland who are all opening locations in 2020.
Knox Mason
A return for a local favorite. Matt Gallaher, the owner and executive Chef closed the original Gay Street location in 2018. Knox Mason has re-opened as the featured high-end restaurant in the new Embassy Suites Downtown. They will also provide a menu to Radius Rooftop Bar on the 14th floor. You’ll find all your old favorites and some new items too.

Radius Rooftop Bar
Located on the top floor of the new Embassy Suites, the Radius Rooftop Bar is the go-to destination this winter. Stop in for specialty house-made cocktails, 16 local beers on tap and a small plates menu by Matt Gallaher of Knox Mason.

K Brew
Another local favorite is opening a new location at the popular Embassy Suites Downtown location. Just inside the main entrance you can pick up a variety of coffee drinks and K Brew’s signature bagels.
