Oliver Smith Realty & Development Company helped acquire an important part of the $530 million apartment property coming to Cumberland Avenue. Core Spaces, a Chicago-based student apartment company is investing the money to replace the entire block with almost 900 apartments. Phase I should wrap up in 2025, which will include the main apartment building and parking garage.
