80th anniversary and a new name for Oliver Smith Realty

This month we are proud to celebrate our 80th Anniversary.  Among the many changes taking place at the firm, we are most excited about our name change.  Our new name reflects the changes in our business and our focus for the future.  We will always be proud of our history as commerical real estate and auction comopany.  Our focus in recent years and the future will be in medical and commercial real estate development, commercial brokerage, 1031 Tax Exchange acquisistions, tenant representation, real estate investment analysis and strategic retail and restaurant positioning.    

Our new name will be Oliver Smith Realty and Development Company, Inc.
