When Oliver Smith Realty and Development helped Aaron Thompson and Jessica “Rabbit” King get the property at 108 W. Jackson Avenue , Knoxville did not really have a a bar for everyone. They wanted to help give Knoxville an upscale night life. They opened Brother Wolf’s in order to give Knoxville an authentic and different bar. Brother Wolf’s proves that Knoxville is built to serve people in boots or suits. They had so much success in their first year , that Esquire has named them one of the best bars in America.
