Oliver Smith Realty and Development Company has brokered a deal with the owners of Frothy Monkey , Jennifer Sheets and Ryan Pruitt, and the owners of the Kress Building, which is located at 419 South Gay Street. This new location of Frothy Monkey is now open. The restaurant has a partially covered patio along Gay St., bar seating, and indoor seating to accommodate a variety of consumers. Additionally, the restaurant is more than just a coffee shop. It serves more than coffee drinks and pastries, they also have on their menu brunch to dinner options and beer , wine , and cocktails. They also put together all of the communities where their locations are into the menu. They have stuff from Chattanooga, Nashville, Franklin, Birmingham, and now Knoxville in order to represent all of their individual ingredients and communities.
