Knoxville’s newest boutique hotel and restaurant boasts European flair with luxurious amenities as it opens on Gay Street. Partners Oliver Smith and Jim Turner of Oliver Smith Realty and Development Company and HD Patel of Ephant Group focused on quality on each aspect of Hotel Cleo and Lilou, A Champagne Bistro. The project preserved and restored the former Hope building and its historic architecture and incorporate timeless charm.
Each of the 16 suites are designed and decorated differently, creating a unique experience for every stay. There is a salon and sitting area on all floors allowing a space for guests to socialize and where a French continental breakfast will be served daily. Hotel Cleo will offer concierge services through staff trained to give recommendations for various guest needs.
Lilou, a French restaurant and bar, is situated on the main floor of Hotel Cleo and also opens this month.
