Kennedy Concepts will be taking over the former Frothy Monkey space located at 417 S Gay Street for a new restaurant concept. The Kress Building, an icon of downtown Knoxville, was purchased for a new project by Oliver Smith and partners. More details on the new Kennedy Concepts restaurant will follow soon.
