Dunkin opened its 12th location in Knoxville at 13038 Kingston Pike, formally the Backyard Burger, in a deal brokered by Garrett Holt of Oliver Smith Realty and Development Company.
Will Sims of Oliver Smith Realty and Development Company brought STIR restaurant and bar to the downtown scene. Now STIR has earned international recognition, after an employee’s cocktail won second place in a prestigious competition. STIR is located at 217 Willow Ave.
