During a recent story on the most influential figures in West Knoxville, our own Oliver Smith Jr. was featured. Oliver Smith Jr. is the grandfather of our current owner, Oliver Smith IV. He founded the company in 1939. While generations have passed we still operate following the same mission set forth all those years ago. Oliver was the lead developer of West Town Mall in 1972 and had a part to play in East Towne Mall as well. Bringing major shopping experiences to areas such as West Knoxville allowed the community to thrive.
