A Nashville bar located in Midtown, previously Hopsmith Tavern, has sold for $6 million in a deal brokered by Brian Coyle and Oliver Smith of Oliver Smith Realty and Development Company. The property is located at 1903 Division Street and will be home to a new entertainment and hospitality concept by Good Time Design.
