The newest restaurant by Kennedy Concepts has opened in South Knoxville at 222 E Blount Ave in a deal brokered by Oliver Smith of Oliver Smith Realty and Development Company. Mimosas offers full-service breakfast, lunch and dinner menus, a coffee bar and to-go counter, a massive bar, and late-night hours. Wall mounted TVs are perfect for game day viewing and the outdoor patio offers additional seating, allowing for a mix of great dining and entertainment.
