Mimosas will open as a casual restaurant located at street level of The Davy, a student apartment complex, located at 222 E Blount Ave, in a deal brokered by Oliver Smith of Oliver Smith Realty and Development Company. The new restaurant is owned by Chad Kennedy of Kennedy Concepts and promises good comfort food, a bar, and extended hours four nights a week.
