ORNL Federal Credit Union purchased a 9.53 acre tract of land located at Northshore Town Center in a transaction brokered by Oliver Smith of Oliver Smith Realty and Development Company. The $8,350,000 deal allows ORNL to acquire land adjacent to their current Northshore Branch location.
