Oliver “Crosse” Smith V joins Oliver Smith Realty and Development Company as an Affiliate Broker and Commercial Developer and will be the fourth generation of the leadership within the company. Working closely with Oliver Smith IV, his father, has instilled in him professional communication skills and provided Crosse with a strong understanding of how to analyze and understand commercial real estate and development transactions. He hopes to continue his family’s multi-generational business beyond its 100th anniversary and preserve the firm’s core values that have helped shape East Tennessee’s landscape. He will also continue his pursuit of other entrepreneurial endeavors within the region.
