The deal , which was handled by Oliver Smith and Will Sims of Oliver Smith Realty and Development Co. , completed Ephant Group’s $4 million purchase of a prime Old City parking lot. The 130 S. Central Street property is across from bars and restaurants and is a short walk to the future Tennessee Smokies’ multiuse stadium. However, this is just one of the many properties that Ephant Group’s CEO and founder HD Patel has purchased around the stadium and the Old City neighborhood. Additionally, Will Sims, who facilitated the parking lot deal is also working to reinvent and reimagine former nightclub buildings that are located on East Jackson Avenue. The area around the proposed baseball stadium in the Old City is being revitalized and many investors agree that it is a good place to invest in this area.
