The Kennedy, a new gastropub, opens in downtown Knoxville at 430 S. Gay Street in a new development by Oliver Smith of Oliver Smith Realty and Development Company. The restaurant is located on the ground floor of Tailor Lofts, in the space that was previously occupied by Blackhorse Brewing. The Kennedy menu includes a range of gourmet Americana fare, as well as specialty cocktails and local beer options.
