Altar’d State Company have bought an additional 11 acres of the former Warner Bros. Discovery campus in a deal brokered by Oliver Smith of Oliver Smith Realty and Development Company. This second purchase follows an initial acquisition completed in October for $27 million, also brokered by Oliver Smith. The fashion brand plans to relocate its national headquarters to the property later this year.
