Andy’s Frozen Custard opens its first Knoxville location at 6217 Kingston Pike in a deal represented by Garrett Holt of Oliver Smith Realty and Development Company. Tom and Noelle Gass are the franchisees for this national chain known for its variety of frozen treats. They plan to open additional stores with Garrett in East Tennessee over the next several years.
