Altar’d State purchased the former Warner Bros. Discovery campus for $27 million in a deal brokered by Oliver Smith of Oliver Smith Realty and Development Company. The purchase includes a 10-acre parcel, a 155,000 square foot office building and a parking garage. The Maryville-based women’s fashion company has 24 store locations throughout Tennessee, North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, Missouri, Mississippi, Alabama and Kentucky.
