DiCarlo’s Pizza was noted as the Biggest Knoxville Food Surprise with their square shaped pizzas and delicious taste. DiCarlo’s Pizza obtained their downtown location in a deal brokered by Garrett Holt of Oliver Smith Realty and Development Company.
SmashCity Knoxville, an Oliver Smith Realty and Development Company client, will take over the previous location of OliBea. OliBea may have received the Sad to See You Go award, but downtown Knoxville is looking forward to the SmashCity addition.
