DiCarlo’s Pizza held a soft opening on August 8 at 524 S. Gay Street serving Ohio Valley style pizza. DiCarlo’s obtained the downtown Knoxville location in a deal brokered by Garrett Holt of Oliver Smith Realty & Development Company. The new pizza shop will hold a grand opening in the coming weeks that will coincide with expanded operating hours.
