Founded in 1989, Deluth Trading Co is a Minnesota-based heavy duty clothing store. Developer R&R properties, working with our brokers, Will Simms and Chat Turner will be bringing a brand new Deluth location to the Kingston Corner Shipping Center.
This is the last undeveloped space in the area. Both the 15,000 square foot retail store and an additional 1,750 square foot drive through restaraunt have been approved by the Knox County Planning commission.
Duluth had been looking for a Tennessee location with Nashville and Sevierville on the list. We are happy they have chosen Knoxville.
Current plans call for the opening before Christmas of 2019.
