Lilou, a French restaurant and bar, prepares to open in our new hospitality offering on South Gay Street that houses Hotel Cleo, a boutique, European style suite hotel. Chef Benjamin Tilatti, who was born and raised in France, will bring authenticity to the restaurant along with dishes inspired by his grandmother’s recipes. Lilou will also have a selection of wine from every region in France.
