The Courtland Group purchased an historic downtown mansion in a deal brokered by Oliver Smith of Oliver Smith Realty and Development Company. The purchase included the century-old home and adjacent lot on Magnolia Avenue. The property is set to become a centerpiece in the restoration and development area of East Knoxville.
