A new addition to the Knoxville restaurant scene includes Andy’s Frozen Custard now open on Bearden Hill through a deal brokered by Oliver Smith of Oliver Smith Realty and Development Company.
Kennedy Concepts will open a restaurant and bar on South Gay Street in February. The former Blackhorse Pub and Brewery location was obtained by HD Patel of Ephant Group and Oliver Smith of Oliver Smith Realty and Development Company. Chad Kennedy and Oliver Smith previously collaborated and brought Loco Burro to West Town Mall.
