A new oyster bar is coming to the Old City being a deal brokered by Will Sims of Oliver Smith Realty and Development Company. STIR Knoxville plans to open July 31 at 217 Willow Avenue. The restaurant and raw oyster bar will offer a menu of seafood varieties and cocktails and is a continuance of Oliver Smith Realty and Development Company’s commitment to hospitality products in downtown.
