The Humble Hog is opening a location at 312 S. Gay Street in a deal brokered by Peter Medlyn of Oliver Smith Realty and Development Company. The barbeque restaurant will serve meals made from scratch in a space filled with handmade or refurbished furniture. The Humble Hog has not set an official opening date at this time.
